How do I change the Admin Password

To change the Admin (Authorized Representative) password you should login to the DSM Admin Portal by clicking the DSM Manage button on the DSM page here.

Once logged in, select “Change Admin Password’ on the left of the screen.

You will be prompted to answer security questions. Once the questions are answered, the Authorized Representative will be asked to enter the new password and then re-enter the password.

Then Click ‘Update.’
