I’m getting “Request Check Failed” when I try to login to webmail.

If you are seeing this error it’s probably because you didn’t formally log out before leaving the application and a security policy was enforced to protect the system.  Try closing out the application completely and then launching it again.

Previous I tried to reset my DSM mailbox password and it said, “No Direct address was found. Please contact your Direct Administrator for further assistance.”
