I am unable to log into my DSM webmail account.

Make sure your the URL on your browser is:  https://mail.directak.net/

Confirm user name and password are correct.  Look at every letter space and dot to be sure.  Make sure you are putting in the full direct email address.  The user name is not case sensitive.

The password is case sensitive.  When typing in your password, please make sure “caps” or “number lock” is not on.

If you need to reset your password you can select the “forgot my password link” on the DSM Login page.

If you choose to reset your DSM mailbox password, your recovery link will be sent to the work email associated with the user. Please refresh your work email and check your bulk/spam mail if you do not see the recovery link within a few minutes.  Your recovery link will only be valid for one hour.
