I tried to reset my DSM mailbox password and it said, “No Direct address was found. Please contact your Direct Administrator for further assistance.”

Make sure you are typing in your full Direct address. (example: user@subdomain.directak.net)

If you continue to get this error message, please contact your Organization’s Direct Administrator to confirm your address is still active.
